We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or missed without notice, will be subject to a $25 fee.If you miss an appointment without notice, rescheduling may be delayed and depend on the next available appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in additional scheduling restrictions.We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen and will consider them on a case-by-case basis.
