Cuu Nguyen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner & Founder
Cuu Nguyen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to patients in the comfort of their own homes. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2017. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent six years working as a registered nurse.
Born in Vietnam, Cuu moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1991. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive care and communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
As the founder of MyBridge In-Home Primary Care, Cuu is passionate about bridging gaps in healthcare access and reducing health disparities within the community. She believes that strong relationships, family support, and personalized care are essential to achieving better health outcomes
Outside of her professional life, Cuu enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She is actively involved in her local church and enjoys traveling with her family whenever possible.

Thi Gardner
Co-Owner & Practice Administrator
Thi Gardner is the Co-Owner and Practice Administrator of MyBridge In-Home Primary Care. She oversees practice operations, patient services, scheduling, care coordination, and administrative support to help ensure patients receive high-quality, personalized care.
Thi is passionate about making healthcare accessible, organized, and patient-centered through clear communication and personalized service.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, playing pickleball, and staying involved in her church community.

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - Noon
Saturday: Closed

After-Hours Care
Patients may call the office for urgent medical concerns outside of regular business hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Appointments may be available via telehealth based on patient needs.
